   Better relationships aren’t random; you can enjoy your relationships more by practicing a set of learnable skills. Join us as we learn simple, fun tools grounded in the growing research about what makes humans thrive.

Our understanding of how humans thrive is growing exponentially with the study of interpersonal neurobiology. Nonviolent communication is a practical and accessible way to apply these new findings - that humans thrive in relationships with warmth, resonance, and attunement. Join me for a grounding in the practice and principles of Nonviolent Communication supported by an understanding of interpersonal neurobiology.
