   Feeling frustrated with politics or conflicts at work or home?
Would you rather be connected than divided?

Interactive Nonviolent Communication (NVC) Workshop will address:
•    Getting past stuck with hot button topics.
•    Sticking with discussions when it is hard.
•    Connecting with people who have different points of view
•    Listening as a key component of social change;
•    Understanding and transforming habits that block authentic connection;
•    Building skills to engage with and transform conflict;
•    Establish personal practices to integrate skills from this workshop into one’s life.

Who is it for?

  Anyone interested in creating conversations that lead to collaborations, mutual satisfaction and understanding.
