(Coleman Bark's translation of 13th century Sufi poet/mystic Rumi) Come open to exploring this and other perennial wisdom from the world's spiritual traditions, and experience how the practice of Nonviolent Communication can illuminate your own spiritual practice and support you in living the questions "Who am I?" and "Why am I here?".
This is a three week exploration, meeting Wednesday evenings, May 25, June 1st and 8th.

Who is it for?

This three week Wednesday evening series is for people who have been practicing NVC, and who would enjoy exploring the spiritual basis of NVC.

What to bring:

Bring journal and pen, pillow and blanket, and something to put in the circle that symbolizes the spiritual ground of NVC to you.
(Pen and paper will also be provided at the workshop.)

Tuition Details:

The tuition is between $30.00 and $75.00.
