   In our time together we will seek to foster understanding and skills for both sides to get their needs met.  Going beyond right/ wrong,  self responsibility is encouraged.
Using Marshall Rosenberg's process of Non Violent Communication will aid us in getting started in a new direction on what matters most......experiencing language and actions that are efficient,compassionate, and effective!
One of our end goals will be to access all participants innate desire to contribute.
I'm very excited to share this life changing process with you!
