6 week ONLINE COURSE: The Revolution Needs Better Collaboration: A Facilitation Course for Change Agents

Whether you're a teacher, trainer, social activist/organizer or business owner, if you've ever wondered why a group of lively humans would suddenly lose their energy and leave a brainstorm gathering you've facilitated feeling frustrated or dejected, this course is for you.

This course draws on Nonviolent Communication, Holacracy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and systems theory, among other tools.

- How to make sure great ideas and powerful visions keep their life energy intact through a group process
- How to pivot and handle racism or sexism or any other isms that seem to derail the agenda
- How to keep the momentum when it seems impossible to keep everyone in the group happy  
- How to harness the power of your group by keeping a laser focus on purpose
- Opening into a shared holding of power without letting consensus clog the gears
