   Learn and practice reliable communication skills that can increase your confidence and competence in relating to others in your life.

Our understanding of how humans thrive is growing exponentially with the study of interpersonal neurobiology. Nonviolent communication is a practical and accessible way to apply these new findings - that humans thrive in relationships with warmth, resonance, and attunement. Join me for a grounding in the practice and principles of Nonviolent Communication supported by an understanding of interpersonal neurobiology.
