A sacred play time, with joy, laughter and companions where we will practice saying “yes” to “no”.
NO to believing we are not enough, or too much.
YES to self-gratitudes, self-appreciation and self-celebration. Yes to enjoying sacred play, laughter, and welcoming ease.
Mair has enjoyed immensely creating a space for deeply listening to each other and bringing our shared sense of fun and play and laughter to our time together, while honoring our self-care.
There will be exercises to enhance our sense of connection and ease, self-love…. and for us each to experience being “the boss of me”. Inner children welcome! We’ll have drawing/coloring materials available for those who choose to use them, as well as time to share what you create if you want.(optional)

Who is it for?

You yearn to relate to yourself with the joy and ease of a young child.
You want to be with others who are also interested in that - and in mutual support.

What to bring:

Your own lunch.
Clothing for your comfort (layers, easy to move in).
Something to write with/on.
A pillow or backjack if you want. (There are some in the space, but maybe not enough for everyone who comes.)
Any snacks you would like to bring for yourself (or to share).

Tuition Details:

The tuition is between $50.00 and $150.00.

If tuition is not paid at time of registration, the minimum deposit is $50.00 with the remainder due by 08/19/2017 at the door.

I'm envisioning 8-12 people participating with, and that I will joyously receive a minimum of $400 to support me with pre-planning, costs associated with the day (space rental, food and travel expenses) and support for the preparation time to bring myself fully present to the day.
P.S. If you can contribute $80 or more, I trust that’ll work for all of us. If you can offer more to support those who can’t, I appreciate your generosity and practice of communal interdependence...
If you are stressed by this fee request, please remember that it is a request and not a requirement for participation.
