   We all can use tools right now to increase our ability to speak and listen in ways that can support collaboration and understanding.
And yet it's difficult especially when emotions come in and we have differences of opinions. Come learn the time tested ways of Nonviolent Communication to speak and listen in ways that can navigate tough situations and increase connection with others.  Learn how to empower yourself and do the internal work we need to do to make lasting change in our relationships, in our families, our workplaces, our communities.  
Learn the basics of Nonviolent Communication that lead to the possibility of solutions that work for all.  Learn ways to speak and listen with heart and strength that honors the preciousness of life.
