Learn how to bridge across personal and political differences with confidence and compassion. The Five Elements of Embodied Communication is an effective practice for understanding our emotions as expressed through our body’s communication. When we focus, and connect in this way, we have greater access to our deepest truths, our discriminating wisdom, reverence for the sacred, and compassion for others no matter whether our beliefs, perceptions, and views are the same or different. This experiential workshop utilizes Somatic Consensus, a practice of body awareness and intuitive guidance integrated with Nonviolent Communication to: About David: David Weinstock is a certified International Nonviolent Communication Trainer, Somatic Coach, Aikido Instructor and originator of Somatic Consensus. He leads community workshops in schools, prisons, businesses, intentional communities and organizations around the world.
