In these times we need all the tools we have to talk in alignment with our values while finding ways that work for all. We need to look beyond our habits of judgments, blame and criticism and find ways to really hear each other.  We need ways to communicate that can reduce reactivity and can actually move us towards solutions that really work!  We will look at self-awareness first so we can more easily empathize with others and express our honesty in ways that can be understood. Find ways to decrease reactivity and actually have meaningful dialogue that leads to connection.  By looking at our language we will see how language creates and expresses our values. Come check it out!
