With life moving at such a fast pace, making time for true self-care can be a struggle. Despite our best intentions to slow down and recharge, we end up burning out, getting sick, and falling apart. How do we break the cycle of burnout and step into a healthier, more sustainable way of living?
Join us for a rich afternoon of exploration & learning! Together we will: - Identify our patterns of stress and overwhelm - Map our current life design: what's working, what's not working, and what we'd love our experience to be - Connect to what matters most to us; finding our yes's and no's in life - Understand the unique ways each of us personally recharges -- and pitfalls to avoid! - Use the lens of observations, feelings, needs, and requests to brainstorm practices for self-care and balance |
