Do you love the idea of New Year's resolutions but dread the guilt, discouragement and shame that inevitably ensues if you don't manage to follow through on them?
Join us for an enlivening workshop where you'll articulate your most heartfelt intentions for 2017, and learn tools that will support you to take compassionate, self-motivated action toward manifesting them! We'll use techniques drawn from Nonviolent Communication, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and other personal development modalities. This event is held on a donation basis; the suggested donation is $20. All are welcome regardless of capacity to pay money! |
