   We'll learn & practice key skills for sharing what's important to us without blaming others,cherishing tender self empathy for ourselves & hearing through anger. Experience sweet relief from self judgements and the power of "jackal taming". Simple, practical, reliable and learnable.

These calls offer interactive time, not "lecture". We'll use role plays, scenarios, and co-create empathic space together on the calls. Moving from the perspective of duality to the experience of coality.

I specialize in empathic phone connection; co-creating ease in how we proceed, facilitating flow and offering support. If you are on the CNVC Certified Trainer path, these call hours can serve as part of your work with certified trainers, as you will be learning and practicing 8 key nonviolent communication skills.

Experience community as you receive & offer empathic support with me and others as we practice with key skills development.

My "style" of empathic presence is a 'blend' of all my life experience including many other modalities as well as direct learning and practice (over 1,000 hours) with Marshal Rosenberg, developer of Nonviolent Communication.

Call Structure (Varies Per Call)

5-7 mins - Circle Check-In
Specific Question (relevant to the key skill) to answer

10-13 mins - Key Skill
One each week with periodic review.Explanation, Demonstration with Mair and a Volunteer

15-20 mins - Small Group Key Skill Practice
Tryads: 1:1 and an observer (switching roles) Mair will be available to be called to groups when requested

5-7 mins - Large Group Harvest of Learnings

5-7 mins - 1:1 Empathy Demonstration
Focus Selection and Demonstration with Mair and a Volunteer

10-13 mins - Empathy Dyads
Requester, Empathizer (Bell will ring ½ way) If you want to remain in your empathy session, press 2 on your phone keypad and you will not be placed back to the main circle, and can continue for as long as you like in your empathy breakout session. When you do press 2 you will be re-united with the main group.

5-7 mins - Circle Check-Out
