Ever notice how simple NVC is, and how hard it can be to "remain calm" when you aren't calm!?

Bring your challenges in communicating what's important to you, and when it just stumps you what is going on in the other person.

We can practice to see what works for you in a (simulated!) conflict. We can learn and practice "do-overs"...Sometimes we are deepening into practice of tools, skills...and accessing them when you want to. Sometimes we are just receiving the attentive care we need for support and thriving.

Who is it for?

Those who want to practice deepening awareness for self love.
Those who want to bring their practice to their daily life to inform and support the choices in relating to others compassionately while still holding ourselves with loving self care.

What to bring:

Layered clothing. We'll be in a yurt with a heater, however temperature flucuates.
Journal, notebook - something to write in if you like.
