Details

Are you tired of trying to juggle so many needs at once when you're facilitating, of trying to balance group needs, individuals' needs and your own needs as the facilitator?

Would you like more support and understanding to deal with your own triggers, those unwanted guests that come barging through the soul's door while you're facilitating?

Join us to explore how to navigate the relational field between ourselves and our participants.  In service of understanding how attachment styles impact facilitation and participation, we will cover:
- Identifying your style as a facilitator
- Identifying and working with the implicit as it arises in teaching
- Balancing covering material with processing what arises during the workshop
- Working with issues of touch and boundaries
- Addressing and acknowledging power differences
- Tools for facilitating when triggered

Designed to support people who would like to:

- Deepen our empathy skills in service of others
- Explore questions of transparent leadership
- Have a sense of how to offer support and expand our own capacity for presence
- Learn how to create and maintain a "safe container" for the whole as group dynamics shift from moment to moment
