Give your blocks and challenges space to heal. Family constellations work using the resonant language of Nonviolent Communication and informed by the science of Interpersonal Neurobiology is a powerful tool to transform blocks and create the life you want.

The work is done in a group where a question or intention can be laid out in 3 dimensional space and given voice and embodiment by members of the group. Once laid out and brought to life, stuck places find movement and intentions can become reality. This is an experience of embodied empathy; a way of heart-opening in 3 dimensional space.

If you've never participated in a constellation before, this will be a welcoming and warm introduction to the work where you'll get to experience the healing power of representing in someone else's constellation.
