This series is designed to answer the question "What is NVC?" by offering experiental low-stress learning. We'll use stories, games and exercises to explore ways of dealing with stress, anxiety, anger and guilt/shame that can contribute to increasing self acceptance and empathy for others...

There are simple key skills we can learn and practice to bring more clear communication and understanding to our conversations. Experience increasing peace of mind and relief from our self criticisms.

Note: My "style" is a 'blend' of all the life experience including many other modalities as well as direct learning and practice (over 500 hours) with Marshal Rosenberg, developer of Nonviolent Communication.

This continues class which started in November with two participants. It is not "too late" to join in! We practice as we go along.
