Change is an inevitable part of life. And yet, facing transitions can often be disorienting, and harder than expected!
How do we acknowledge the personal impact of changes that happen in our lives (whether we perceive them as good or bad), build awareness around our habitual ways of reacting, and find new ways of adapting that help us cultivate strength and hope? Join us to explore how we can navigate the transitions in our lives more gracefully! First, we'll learn about common human responses to change based on the book "Transitions" by William Bridges. Then, we'll walk through a unique process Erin has designed that merges concepts from Nonviolent Communication and Neuro-linguistic Programming to help us dissolve life-alienating beliefs around change, connect fully to our needs, and face transitions with more ease and confidence. |
