Join us for 6 weeks of experiential learning to deepen our embodiment of nonviolence in our thoughts, speech, and actions!
It's one thing to understand the concepts of NVC, yet as many of us come to discover, putting these concepts into practice gracefully in our daily lives takes a whole other level of mastery! Practice makes permanent. Come join this supportive community of folks passionate about learning to embody the NVC paradigm, from the inside out. Together we'll engage in experiential practices to hone our NVC listening skills, gain stronger self-connection, stand in our power with an open heart, adopt new ways of responding in tough situations, make requests based on our underlying needs, and more. We will meet Tuesday evenings from 7:30-9:00pm on the following dates: October 25 |
