   In our time together we will differentiate between making a clear observation vs an evaluation or judgement. Between Feelings and thoughts (evaluations), Between needs and requests, Requests and demands.
SO often we simply need the vocabulary and consciousness to be able to clearly articulate our feelings and needs.
This class will enhance our basic communication and conflict resolution process. I'm excited to share all the possibilities  with you!
