How can you set a boundary in an empowered yet caring way? Is it possible to stand your ground around what you want (or don’t want), and still remain open-hearted?

Join us for an evening workshop, where we will discuss these questions while exploring the art of boundary setting! Learn how to clarify what your boundary is, how to ask for it effectively and with an open heart, and how to approach and negotiate boundary agreements that will really stick.

Together, we will explore:
- The importance of our underlying needs in setting a boundary
- Using our 'no' to guide us toward our most powerful 'yes'
- Releasing blame in support of clear, open boundary setting
- Improving language and skills to make requests and set lasting agreements
