   What helps people feel heard? How can we build our capacity to listen deeply to one another, especially when what we hear is hard to take in?

In this workshop we’ll explore the healing power of truly hearing each other, and practice basic skills for empathic listening. We’ll explore what tends to distract us or pull us out of presence while listening, and how to find our way back. We’ll also discover the importance of connecting to our inner experience moment-to-moment, and how this increases our capacity to listen deeply to others.
