From wherever you are, join us for 6 weeks of learning and practicing reliable communication skills that can increase your confidence and competence in relating to others and yourself. Try out the first class to see if you like the video medium and my teaching style - if it's not for you, you've got no commitment to continue. All levels of experience welcome.

Compassionate or Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a powerful tool and awareness practice to help gain power and insight in our relationships. While we usually experience conflict (within ourselves and with others) as something to avoid, NVC helps us use conflict to connect with each other while giving us greater clarity about our deepest values.

This class is highly interactive and experiential - we use an online video program that makes it easy to practice together! We'll create community across many miles!

Who is it for?

All are WELCOME. Parents, teachers, professionals, couples... anyone who wants to improve their communication skills!

We welcome those of all genders, sexual orientations, racial identities, and backgrounds.
