Introduction to Compassionate Communication: Session 1 of 2 sessions

Details

   During out time together we will learn the basics of making an observation, sharing feelings/needs, and making requests. In addition how to transform our blame, guilt, and judgment into understanding, and effective conflict resolution.
This is an exciting,  way of receiving and delivering messages that  promote connection vs isolation. In addition, we will explore our inner critic/judge and gain a better understanding of those parts of ourselves.

Who is it for?

  Adults and/or teens that are desiring a more effective way of communicating.
Some awareness of NVC is preferable but not essential.

What to bring:

  A note pad, something to write with, and a willingness to try a new way of showing up in the world.
