Details

Join us for 7 weeks of learning and practicing reliable communication skills that can increase your confidence and competence in relating to others and yourself. All levels of experience welcome.

Compassionate or Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a powerful tool and awareness practice to help gain power and insight in our relationships. While we usually experience conflict (within ourselves and with others) as something to avoid, NVC helps us use conflict to connect with each other while giving us greater clarity about our deepest values.

This class is highly interactive and experiential.

Who is it for?

All are WELCOME. Parents, teachers, professionals, couples... anyone who wants to improve their communication skills!

We welcome those of all genders, sexual orientations, racial identities, and backgrounds.
