Details

   Join us for a day of deepening the consciousness and practice of Nonviolent Communication, exploring meaningful situations from your own life, and further integrating self-connection, authentic expression, and empathic listening.

During the day we will look at core concepts of NVC and then apply them through pair or small group practice. Our exploration and learning will include:

• Making clear & effective requests
• Transforming anger
• Self-empathy and transforming limiting beliefs
• Offering and receiving feedback
• Empathic listening
• NVC using natural language
• Embodiment of NVC
• Role playing difficult conversations

Who is it for?

  This event is intended for people who have attended at least a day-long NVC Basics or an
equivalent introduction to NVC.
