Join us for a lively, heart-connecting day of learning the basics of Nonviolent Communication, including cultivating self-empathy, transforming blame and anger, and practicing empathic listening.
Through one-on-one and group practice you'll develop a solid grounding in the basics of this powerful approach to conscious living!

Come early: You’re welcome at the space as of 9:30am. We’d love to start at 10am sharp.

Parking: There is ample parking in two dedicated parking lots, located just north and northeast of the meeting space. The entrance to the first parking lot is along 25th Ave NE, across from Dahl Field and about 100 feet south of NE 80th St. The entrance to the second parking lot is along 24th Ave NE, nearly at the intersection of NE 80th St. There is also plenty of convenient street parking along 24th Ave NE and on the surrounding blocks.

Lunch: We will take a one-hour lunch break around 12:30pm. You’re welcome to bring a lunch, or there are also many food options nearby.

The CEU provider for this course is the Center for Nonviolent Communication (provider number: PCE 1993). It meets the qualifications for 7 hours of continuing education credit for MFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. According to the provider’s policy on refunds in cases of non-attendance, application fees are non-refundable.
