Join us for an exploration of how we can adapt more gracefully to change in our lives!

Change is an inevitable part of life. And yet, facing transitions can be overwhelming and confusing! How do we acknowledge the personal impact of changes that happen to us, build awareness around our habitual ways of reacting, and find new ways of adapting that help us cultivate resilience and flexibility?

Together we will learn about common human responses to change, and explore our habitual responses to changes in our lives. We will walk through a unique process Erin has designed, merging Nonviolent Communication concepts and Neuro-linguistic Programming to help us dissolve life-alienating beliefs around change, connect fully to our needs, and face transitions with more ease and confidence.
