   Do you have a solid foundation in NVC concepts, yet struggle to put them into practice in daily life?

Join us in this supportive community space for 8 weeks of experiential learning! Together we will explore the places we want to grow, practice NVC using a wide variety of hands-on activities, and support each other to integrate this consciousness more fully into our way of being.

Topics we'll explore include:

Empathic listening & reflection
Expressing ourselves authentically
Moving through anger
Navigating tough conversations
Opening to vulnerability
Self-empathy
Saying & hearing 'no'
Transforming judgments of ourselves & others

Scheduling Note:
We will meet Tuesday evenings 6:30-8:30pm September 22 - November 17, with the exception of November 4 which we will skip.

The tuition is between $120.00 and $320.00.

The sliding scale for this 8-week series is $120 - $320.
