   Join us for an 8-week series on Compassionate Communication!

Together we will explore how to:

- Give and receive empathy
- Cultivate mindfulness and body awareness
- Express ourselves authentically
- Uncover and heal painful patterns from childhood
- Transform shame and self-hate
- Move through challenging situations
- Build healthy relationships
- Live in alignment with our values
- Create meaningful change in our lives

We will use concepts from Dr. Marshall Rosenberg’s theory of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), as well as other personal development models. Participants will be provided with worksheets to accompany these topics; no textbook is required.

Tuition Details:

  

The tuition is between $120.00 and $280.00.

If tuition is not paid at time of registration, the minimum deposit is $40.00 with the remainder due by Apr 05, 2015.

The requested contribution for this 8-week series is a sliding scale of $120-$280.
