Details

How can we move out of our habitual patterns of judging, labeling, and demanding of others, and toward a way of communicating that aligns with our values and honors everyone's needs?

Join us for an afternoon of experiential practice with the main components of Marshall Rosenberg's theory of Nonviolent Communication (NVC):

- Observations
- Feelings
- Needs
- Requests

Together we will explore how these tools empower us to show up with more authenticity and presence in our day-to-day! We will build awareness and receive support around common challenges that arise as we put this work into practice, and learn effective ways to apply these skills in any situation.
