Join this supportive learning community group to gain a solid foundation in Nonviolent Communication, including deepening our self-awareness and authenticity, our connection and intimacy with others, and our contribution to a thriving world!

The Foundations course offers an in-depth and heart-felt learning experience, grounded in learning the basics of Nonviolent Communication, while supporting us all to find our own authentic expression and style in how we communicate.

We'll learn about:

• Finding more Peace in Ourselves & with Others
• Releasing Guilt & Shame
• Transforming Blame & Anger
• Deepening Intimacy in Relationship

This is a life-changing experience!

Come early: You’re welcome at the meeting space as of 6pm. We’d love to start at 6:30pm sharp.

Parking: There is ample parking in two dedicated parking lots, located just north and northeast of the meeting space. The entrance to the first parking lot is along 25th Ave NE, across from Dahl Field and about 100 feet south of NE 80th St. The entrance to the second parking lot is along 24th Ave NE, nearly at the intersection of NE 80th St. There is also plenty of convenient street parking along 24th Ave NE and on the surrounding blocks.

Who is it for?

  This learning community is for anyone who wants to experience more aliveness and fulfillment in life. It is fully supportive of participants who are new to Nonviolent Communication, as well as those who wish to deepen their practice.

What to bring:

  A pen, a notebook, and your willingness to engage with life!

Tuition Details:

  

The tuition is: Sliding scale $180-$360 contribution requested. All welcome, regardless of finances.

If tuition is not paid at time of registration, the minimum deposit is $40.00 with the remainder due by Sep 21, 2014.

A financial contribution of $180-$360 is requested to cover costs for this learning community group. However, we are dedicated to making this opportunity available to all. If finances are a challenge, please contact i n f o AT DOMAIN findflow~org to discuss work exchange possibilities.

A deposit of $40 will reserve a place in the group.
