Details

   Developing empathy for others as well as for ourselves can make an enormous difference in our lives and in the way we interact with others.  Come and learn the power of empathy following the simple map Nonviolent Communication provides.  We will use small group work, exercises and practices.  Whether empathy is a spiritual practice or a way to more effective communication, come create more peace for yourself and for the world.  If you have a meditation or mindfulness practice, this class could be a meaningful addition, yet not a prerequisite.
