Is there someone in your life whom you believe stands in the way of your happiness and/or well-being? Maybe this person oversteps a boundary, or has said or done something so painful that you feel overwhelmed just being around him or her. Nonviolent Communication gives us tools to see the person, the situation, and ourselves through the lens of the heart, thus giving more freedom and power just to be. We will cut through the limiting beliefs, fears, and stories that fuel the enemy image and keep us from seeing their or our own humanity. We will learn communication tools to move beyond fear, hurt or anger and to respond with power and compassion. Come join us for a day of compassion, forgiveness, and freedom. |
