Details

In this 6 week series you will have the chance to learn the consciousness Nonviolent Communication is based on, the 4 pieces of the language component that are portals to connection, and the 3 ways that we can choose connection and nonviolence at any time.  Through discussion, pair work, small groups and experiential exercises, learn daily practices to integrate Nonviolence at a whole new level.  You will also have the chance to participate in biweekly or monthly practice groups following the series to further integrate the tools into the real world.
