Details

According to a new study through the University of Scranton, PA and published in the Journal of Clinical Psychology, we are 10 times more likely to reach our goals if we make the resolutions at this time. There is a collective, cultural influence of starting anew. 45%  of Americans set new year's goals or resolutions and only 8% of those who make them, actually achieve and sustain them. Part of the success is gaining clarity for what you want and setting up a system for success.
Is there a change that you would like to make that would make a big difference in your life? Is there something you want but haven't made headway? It can be
something concrete such as organizing your work, or losing 20 lbs.,looking for a new job... or it may be something not as concrete, such as forgiving someone or a shift in an attitude.
One of the principles of Nonviolent Communication is inspired action, to live from our values and our joy, not from our moralistic judgments or fears. Lasting change begins with compassion. This will be a small intimate group that meets for 12 weeks to gain understanding and support to make the changes that you wish for your life.

Who is it for?

Anyone who has attended an intro to Nonviolent Communication or read the book, "Nonviolent Communication," by Marshall Rosenberg, PhD
