   Nonviolent Communication provides a consciousness and a map for self-connection and awareness, deeply listening to others and expressing with authenticity and care.  In this day workshop you'll learn the basics of the language and how it's used, and mostly you'll get to practice and experience a different kind of empathy and connection.  You'll be able to see if you'd like to sign up for the rest of an 8 week series to learn more, without any commitment.
