This could be the biggest gift you give yourself and your loved ones!
No kidding.  For me learning how to listen in ways that were supportive and understanding and also speaking in ways that led to connection, has been the biggest gift I have ever given my children, my spouse and my extended family, not to mention my friends and the people I work with.  Learning a way of communicating that has a HUGE piece of self-compassion and awareness built right in, has transformed my life and I want to share it with everyone.  And this has by far, been the best thing I've ever done for my own personal growth.

Honestly, I want a world where we all know how to listen to each other - I mean really be able to give empathy INSTEAD OF jumping to solving problems, giving advice, or waiting to reply and defend ourselves.  What would the world be like if we really knew what was important to us in every moment, acted from these values and heard what was important to others? We'd have a lot more harmony.  And efficiency!
