(Trainers: Barbara Larson and Elana Sabajon.) This is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of empathy, nurture your natural compassion, and feel more connected to yourself, others, and life. This will be a highly experiential workshop using reflective writing, role-play, and "NVC Dance Floors" for the kinesthetic learner in us. Participants will benefit from small group practice of self-empathy and empathy, with knowledgable tips and feedback.

Who is it for?

This workshop is for those of you who have had an Introduction to Nonviolent Communication and who want to increase the experience of empathic conection, and to develop more skillfulness in empathic connection in a supportive environment. Especially valuable for partners, parents, teachers, managers, counselors, health care workers, and anyone who is yearning for more fun and compassion in relationship with themselves and others.

What to bring:

Bring a lunch, or a lunch item to share.
