Details

When you learn Nonviolent Communication – also known as Compassionate Communication – you will connect more deeply and more easily with others, through your ability to:

    Know yourself,
    Offer empathy, and
    Express yourself

…with care and authenticity.

In this eight-session course, you’ll gain the skill, experience, and encouragement you need to strengthen your relationships - whether it's your relationship with your children, your partner, your friend, your colleague, or your boss. People report having much less conflict after learning NVC and they also report they are able to navigate through conflict more easily, while still maintaining the relationship.

“In my opinion, this is one of the most powerful tools for self-awareness, connection and effective communication
available today.” ~ Elizabeth Turner, psychotherapist, Bainbridge Island, WA
