   Join this supportive learning community group to explore an embodied approach to Nonviolent Communication, including ways we can deepen our self-awareness and authenticity, our connection and intimacy with others, and our contribution to a thriving world!

Embodied NVC offers an in-depth and heart-felt learning experience, grounded in learning the basics of Nonviolent Communication, while supporting us all to find our own authentic expression and style in how we communicate.

We'll learn about:

• Developing Self-Compassion & Self-Empathy
• Finding more Peace in Ourselves & with Others
• Releasing Guilt & Shame
• Transforming Blame & Anger
• Deepening Intimacy in Relationship
• Cultivating Compassion

  This learning community is for anyone who wants to experience more aliveness and fulfillment in life. It was designed for participants who wish to deepen their practice in Nonviolent Communication.
