   The quality of our relationships and lives begin with our ability to communicate.  In this six week practice group you will learn skills to more easily connect with self and others, and access the heart of the matter. You will learn tools to express and hear with greater clarity, understanding and compassion, whether it is to express love and appreciation, pain, or anger.  Based on the work of Marshall B. Rosenberg, PhD, you will learn skills to transform judgments  and criticism into the values that drive them, to live more authentically from the heart, and to ask for what you want.

Tuition Details:

  

The tuition is between $180.00 and $240.00.

If tuition is not paid at time of registration, the minimum deposit is $60.00 with the remainder due by Oct 04, 2013.
