What is 'bad sex'. I define it as moments of disconnection between yourself, with yourself, or between yourself and your partner. Come and find out how to turn those moments into connection. We will be doing experiential exercises in this group that are physically and emotionally connecting. The limits to our connection will lead us to places that need healing. If you are ready to be transparent with your feelings and able to express your truth, this group is for you. Couples and singles are welcome.
