   Old ideas, history and past experience with sex can limit full self expression.

In this one day workshop, we'll begin with some light, lively and fun processes designed for increasing comfort and openness in talking about sex.

Exploring limiting beliefs we hold about sex in a safe, supportive environment shifts these ideas to ones that serve  life more fully.

Practicing honest expression around our sexual needs and wishes opens the door to a more fulfilling sex life.
