Co-create a field that is beyond rightness and wrongness,
Develop new neuro-connections in your brain,
Accelerate your evolution,

Experience the healing power of group empathy,
Become aware of your habitual communication patterns,
Empower yourself to express your honesty,

Using the language of feelings and needs we create a field that is connecting, healing and community building.  In the safety of this space we learn tools that have the power to change our lives, to create what we want, and to build emotional intimacy.

The language used between individuals builds culture.  In order to change the culture we need to change the language that was handed down to us.  Language that uses blame, criticism, judgments, labels, and analysis builds a domination culture that meets very few needs.  Cultures that focus on human feelings and needs are partnership cultures where people’s needs are more likely to be met.

Come experience the soothing energy of this group where the focus is on feelings and needs. Reprogram your brain, open your heart and get the support you need to grow and change.

Facilitated by Melanie (Mel) Sears.  Mel has been a trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication for more than twenty years. She is an international speaker, trainer and author.
