Details

In a group of approximately 6 people in a cozy, home setting,we'll explore needs, feelings, observations and requests as taught by Marshall Rosenberg, and find ways to apply them. Time to hear each other's challenges and celebrations will be included at each meeting, and as trust builds, to discover new ways to ask for what you need, and to handle giving and receiving a "no" answer. Materials for practice and study outside the group are included, for those who want to make use of them.

Patty Zeitlin is an author, songwriter, and poet who has taught and led NVC groups for the past 14 years. She is a member of the Independent Trainers Circle in Seattle and one of the founders of NWCC (formerly PSNCC) in the Puget Sound area. She has an M.A. in Human Development and Adult Ed.

Who is it for?

Those who are new to NVC or who want to review and practice it.
