In a cozy home setting, learn about Marshall's methods and how they can be applied to actual situations. We'll work in pairs and as a group to identify feelings, needs,observations and requests,and learn new ways of hearing anger, criticism and blame so that it can be less painful, and can lead to greater understanding and harmony.

The Group Leader, Patty Zeitlin, has taught NVC and led practice groups for the past 15 years. She has an M.A.in Human Development and Adult Education, and is one of the founders of NVC in Puget Sound. She is a member of the Independent Trainers Circle in Seattle, and is an author,
songwriter, recording artist, poet and playwright.

Who is it for?

Any adult who wants to use this process for personal growth and/or for more harmonious and peaceful relationships.
No previous NVC experience required.
