   Really? Happy Hour? Yes, nurture body and soul as we explore and practice the principles of Peace and Nonviolence during the 15th Annual Season for Nonviolence, January 30-April 4th.  Nonviolence is both courageous and active. This will be a dynamic drop-in practice group, Friday afternoons 4-6 pm to practice real life situations.
Come enjoy the beautiful view with tasty food and beverages, while increasing our capacity for compassion and action.

Janice Eng has been teaching Nonviolent Communication in prisons and in the community for twelve years through the Freedom Project.
Lynnea Jardine is an ordained minister and founded the Spiritual Care Institute, committed to strengthen love and compassion in the world.

Who is it for?

  Anyone over 21 who wants to explore nonviolence and practice it in our daily lives.
