Details

We all have experiences of ourselves that are uncomfortable or frustrating. We will explore our own feelings and needs so we can relate to our inner critics with understanding instead of judgment.
We'll have a demo or two with real situations, and practice on interactions in which we want to feel more ease.

Points

  • • Exploring our own unmet needs in difficult situations.
  • • Choosing to act on the belief that we don't have to be perfect, and that we can love ourselves as we are.
  • • Practicing self-empathy so we are comfortable with who and how we are, at the same time we seek to become the most loving person we can be.

Who is it for?

People who are committed to bringing more honesty and harmony and self-love into their lives.
