   3 months of depth work in Seattle - 16 hours over 3 months

Join Sarah Peyton to begin to learn and practice depth empathy processes using feelings and needs that support long-term growth and sustainable healing.  Receive support around deepening your empathic resonance and presence with others, and integrate the brain-based theory that backs up our understanding of how we heal.  

Take away tools to work with yourself and others.
